Biographical / Historical
It was initially proposed that the Studium should be hosted jointly by the Laboratorio Internazionale di Genetica e Biofisica in Naples and the University of California at Berkeley, but later correspondence suggests that planning came to a halt, with Edinburgh being mooted as a potential host. It is not known whether the Studium ever developed.
