Biographical / Historical
'Biological Form and Pattern' was originally published in the Architects' Association Journal in 1958, following a lecture titled 'Form and Pattern In the Biological World' which Waddington delivered to the Architectural Association on 29 May 1958. 'The Modular Principle And Biological Form' was published in 1966 as part of the Module, Proportion and Symmetry volume of the Vision + Value series (pub. George Braziller, Inc. New York, ed. Gyorgy Kepes).
