Scope and Contents

1. A note about the book, "In the Cauldron of Disease" and a comment to say Lind-af-Hageby was aware of the book and knew the author, 1951 2. Leaflet - "Watchman, What of the Night?", by Hon. Mrs. Zeeneb Charlton about animal welfare in experiments and blood sports, 1940 3. Two copies of "Progress To-day", a pamphlet with information on the Humanitarian movement 4. "How to Befriend Laboratory Animals", by Charles W. Hume, published by the UFAW (The Universities Federation for Animal Welfare), 1949 5. Letters from the SSPV and the World League Against Vivisection and for the Protection of Animals about a book titled "The Reflections of An Eight-Year Old", for possible publication, 1951 6. A copy letter from Miss Ivory about using a quote from mr Nolan's publication "Lets Have the Truth" for The Animals' Friend. Included are two copies of the book by Frank R. Nolan and details as to the cost of publication and distribution.
