Biographical / Historical

Tracy the sheep, born in 1990, was genetically modified to produce a human protein in her milk. She was donated to the Science Museum following her death in 1997. Roslin Institute also donated a collection of press cuttings relating to Dolly and a sample of her wool to the Museum.
