Biographical / Historical
This series of experiments aimed to evaluate the suitability of the 'complete diet' as the sole source of solid food for young lambs when on three artificial rearing systems. The 'complete diet' was originally developed principally as a means of easily permitting dry matter and total nutrient intake to be measured in cattle.
