The review was undertaken on 2-3 November 1982 by P.M. Bleasdale of the DES Staff Inspectorate and R.G.C. Lilley of the ARC Management Service Section, and aimed to 'review the grading of the Institute Secretary post at the Poultry Research Centre and to make recommendations.'
