Scope and Contents
Files 1-3 (1990-1994) contain a copy of the In Vitro Technology License Agreement between Animal Biotechnology Cambridge Ltd and the Animal Research and Care Facility; correspondence with other related parties, including the Milk Marketing Board; papers relating to meetings of the Creditors Committee regarding the insolvency of Animal Biotechnology Cambridge Ltd and Mastercalf Ltd.
File 4 (1990-1995) contains correspondence between ERS and solicitors concerning contracts and agreements with various partners, chiefly Animal Biotechnology Cambridge Ltd, and papers concerning financial, budgetary and staffing matters. Also contains copies of the draft collaboration amendment agreement between the partners following the reorganisation of IAPGR.
Files 5-7 (1992-1995) chiefly concern contracts and agreements with research partners, including Animal Biotechnology Cambridge Ltd, the Meat and Livestock Commission and the Milk Marketing Board of England and Wales. Also contains related correspondence with solicitors, chiefly concerning the liquidation of Animal Biotechnology Cambridge Ltd.
