File 1 (1987-1988): concerns matters such as staffing, property, maintenance, finances and research work on the farm estate;

Files 2-3 (1987-1992) contain memoranda and correspondence chiefly concerning the management of the farm and its potential sale. Also contains photographs of the farm;

Files 4-7 (1988-1991) contain internal memoranda and correspondence concerning staffing, budget and maintenance and property issues at Cold Norton farm. Also contains livestock Gross Margin Summaries and farm reports;

Files 8-10 (1992-1993) contain papers relating to various issues at Cold Norton farm, including maintenance, sale of cottages, property tenancies, supply of farm animals and proposed developments.
