Biographical / Historical
The arson attack took place on 24 March 1989, and caused the destruction of scientific equipment in the laboratories of the Department of Molecular Endocrinology (formerly Reproduction and Growth Physiology). The attack caused one major fire which gutted two laboratories and caused smoke damage to other parts of the building.
