Comprises records of IAPGR-ERS which relate to governance, administration, finance, legal, estates, human resources, external relations, events and publicity. Also contains some research data. Most of the files are from the Secretary's office, although there are some from the Head of Station and individual scientists.

Biographical / Historical
The Committee began as the Local Joint Whitley Committee, changing its name in autumn 1992 to the Station Negotiating and Consultative Committee to reflect the impending independence of the Roslin Institute in March 1993. After this time it became known as the Institute Negotiating and Consultative Committee. The INCC dealt with the consultation and negotiation of the terms and conditions of service agreed by the AFRS Joint Negotiating and Consultative Committee. It sought to provide cooperation between Institute Management and the general body of staff. One of the the INCC was appointed by the Director of Research (Management Side), with the other half (Trade Union side) elected by independent trade unions.
