This was the part of London County Council Comprehensive Development Area no 2: Stepney and Poplar which became the subject of the "Live Architecture Exhibition" at the Festival of Britain, 1951.The plans are by the Ordnance Survey at 88' to 1" scale. The plans show the Interim Development for the South Bank Comprehensive Development Area.
