Instrument of Sasine narrating that John Ramsay of Dounfield passed to the lands of Dounfield, and gave to George Erth, burgess of Cupar, sasine of a sixth part of the sunny part of said lands. 23rd January 1510-11. John Alansone, William Hirde, John Simpline and John Persone, witnesses. David Gregor, clerk of St. Andrews diocese, by papal and royal authority notary.
