Scope and Contents Notarial Instrument narrating that Elizabeth Lawson, spouse of Robert Conyngham, resigned in due form, in the hands of James [Douglas], Earl of Morton (afterwards Regent), the half of a cottage tenement in the town of Dalkeith, on the south side of the High Street, between the land of William Moll on the east and the land of Nycholas Watson on the west, in favour of her said husband.
