Indenture between Sir Edmund Malleverer of Wyddersoun, in the county of York, knight, and Robert Bowden of Spyndelston, in the county of Northumberland, by which the former leases to the latter all his tenements, buildings, etc., lying in Spyndleston or Buyldell in Northumberland, for a period of twenty-one years, at a yearly rent of 36s. Indenture dated 8th February 1559.
