Biography

Ralph Ibbott (born c. 1925) was an English quantity surveyor, and an advisor to the Ruvuma Development Association (RDA) in Tanzania in the 1960s. During this time he lived with his wife Noreen and their children in the village of Litowa. They left the country when the RDA was banned in 1969.
