Biography
Marion Serjeant (nee Robertson) married Scottish orientalist Robert Bertram Serjeant in 1941. She trained as a medical doctor in Edinburgh. In 1995, she donated Robert Serjeant's library - around 5000 volumes - and his research papers to the University of Edinburgh. She died on 7 August 2013 in Scotland.
