Biography

Margaret Rose gained a Cert. in Social Study in 1933. Employed by the Brighton Education Committee she worked with delinquent children, acted as "guardian ad litem" under the Adoption of Children Act 1926 and cared for children in entertainments such as licensed pantomime troupes.
