Biography
William Rintoul was a presbyterian minister, missionary, teacher, and editor, who was born in Kincardine and educated at the University of Glasgow and the University of Edinburgh. He lived and worked in Canada from 1831 until his death and was appointed Moderator of the Synod of the Presbyterian Church of Canada.
