Biography

Helen was the youngest daughter of Sir John Sinclair of Ulbster and the wife of Stair Hathorn Stewart of Physgill. She died relatively young after a "protracted illness", leaving behind two sons and two daughters. She was the sister of Scottish novelist Catherine Sinclair.
