Report in French, 'Rapport sur la detection électromagnétique par la télégraphie militaire' [Report on electromagnetic detection by military telegraphy], 1935. The material was sent to Appleton with a covering letter dated 1945 and a note at the end of the report describes it as the only surviving document on French pre-war research of that type, all other records having been destroyed in 1940.
