Volume containing extracts of memoirs of Mrs Lilias Dunbar, spouse to Alexander Campbell of Torrick. Transcribed from the original manuscript ... Lay 1764 by John Calder, grandson to the said Mrs Lilias Dunbar. Octavo volume with 271 leaves. Memoirs cover the period 1674-1691.

Also contains copies of sermons by Dr John Love, some dated, 1757-1823.

Index on flyleaf indicates that this is volume III of a larger collection.

Manuscript copy of 'A vindication of Mr. George Buchanan in two parts' prepared for press by the author Rev John Love (1695-1750). Contains bookplate of Alexander Thomson of Banchory (1798-1868) and note on the flyleaf saying the manuscript was found with the papers of the late Dr. Hamilton of Aberdeen.
