Includes letter in English, one in Italian, and a drawing. Leonora writes to tell Lyell she has drawn a copy of the only painting she could find of Dante for him. She asks Lyell to excuse her bad drawing as it was hurried. She has also attached a letter in Italian which is a description of the painting. Enclosed
