William Ouseley (1767-1842), orientalist, Autograph Letter Signed, 1801.1 Letter. - 11 March 1801, London. A letter to Gen. Vallancy, sent to Dublin. Ouseley first tells an anecdote in which a speaker of Bengali is able to understand Irish due to their linguistic 'resemblance'.
