Note about the 'Clach air Sealbh Chaorach' collected from John MacAulay from Gearrloch [Geàrrloch/Gairloch, Ros is Cromba/Ross and Cromarty] but living in Edinburgh [Dùn Èideann. The note tells how the Clach an Sealbh Chaorach is a crystal stone for the luck of sheep and that 'Each house had a god for each thing in the shap[e] of a lus an Ealabhin'.
