Holcroft', and with address on the verso to Falkland, 'and to our Chancellor there now being, and to the Deputie chiefe Governor or Governors, Chauncellors or keeper of the greate Seale [...] Given under our signett at the Pallace of Westmr. the fifth day of december in the twentieth yeare of or.
