Typed case summary, correspondence, autopsy report, charts, notes and black and white photographs relating to female patient from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians)aged 19 at first examination in 1941. Conditions mentioned include: headache; sickness; dizzy attacks; difficulty with speech and reading; double vision; earache, noise in ear; papilloedema; ataxia; ependymoblastoma; and epileptic attacks. Surgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
