Typed case summary, charts, autopsy report, reports, photographs and correspondence relating to female patient from Great Britain (excluding Scotland) aged 33 at first examination in 1943. Conditions mentioned include: vertigo; failure of vision; headache; vomiting; acoustic neuroma; papilloedema; and strabismus. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died following several admissions.
