Typed case summary, correspondence, notes, reports, charts and photographs of patient relating to female from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 43 at first examination in 1944. Conditions mentioned include: Cushing's syndrome; malar cyanosis; amenorrhoea; oedema of ankles; vaginal bleeding; vision disorders; and suspected pituitary adenoma. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
