Typed case summary, correspondence and autopsy report relating to female from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 20 at first examination in 1945. Conditions mentioned include: vomiting; hypothalamic attacks; hypothalamic hypoglycaemia; obesity; and encephalitis lethargica. Nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital on second admission.
