Conditions mentioned include: head injury; left subdural hygroma; headaches; rigitity of right limbs; unconsciousness; incontinence; apraxia; homogenyous hemianopia; diplopia; insomnia; and arteriosclerosis. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
