Conditions mentioned include: vertebral aneurysm; subarachnoid haemorrhage; nystagmus; dysarthria; hemiparesis; suppurative encephalitis; facial weakness; epileptic fit; headache; cortical damage; pyramidal signs. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
