Typed case summary, autopsy report, reports and charts relating to female fromScotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 40 at first examination in 1950. Conditions mentioned include: prolapsed intervertebral disc; low backache; sciatica; respiratory infection; drop foot; acute cardiac failure; and broncho spasm. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
