Conditions mentioned include: increase intracranial pressure; headache; bilateral papilloedema; right abducens palsy; paresis; hypoglossal palsy; fulminating bronchopneumonia; chordoma; blurred vision; blindness; ptosis; obesity; haemorrhage; vomiting; venous sinus thrombosis; arterial hypertension; and carcinoma of the rectum. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
