Typed case summary, photgraphs, x-ray films, autopsy report, charts, reports and correspondence relating to female patient from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 37 at first examination in 1953. Conditions mentioned include: saccular aneurysm; arterial spasm; subarachnoid haemorrhage; headache; limb spasticity; myocardial infarction; athero-sclerosis; and bronchopneumonia. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
