Typed case summary, autopsy report, reports, charts and correspondence relating to male from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 59 at first examination in 1953. Conditions mentioned include: chromophobe pituitary adenoma; post operative brain swelling; deterioration of vision; hemianopia; and rhinorrhea. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
