Autopsy report, neuropathology report and post-mortem report relating to male patient aged 60 at first examination in 1954. Conditions mentioned include: urine retention; constipation; confustion; cervical spondylosis causing myelopathy; vascular cord lesions; Hodgkin's sarcoma; pulmonary embolism; and chronic prostatitis. No treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
