Typed case summary, x-ray film, photograph, autopsy report, charts, report and correspondence relating to male patient from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 14 at first examination in 1954. Conditions mentioned include: fracture dislocation cervical spine; neck injury; quadriplegia; and pulmonary collapse. Nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hosptial.
