Typed case summary, correspondence, notes, report, postmortem report, chart, photographs and x-rays relating to male from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 59 at first examination in 1954. Conditions mentioned include: intracranial haemorrhage; aneurysm; bronchopneumonia; headache; hypertension; peptic ulcer; and weight loss. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
