Typed case summary, notes, autopsy report, x-ray films, photograph, reports, charts and correspondence relating to female from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 35 at first examination in 1952. Conditions mentioned include: prolapsed intervertebral disc; paraplegia; amyloid disease; gangrene; pyelonephritis; cystitis; and bedsores. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
