Typed correspondence, notes, reports and charts relating to male from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 19 at first examination in 1955. Conditions mentioned include: head injury; unconsciousness; headaches; vomiting; seizures; papilloedema; ataxia; cerebral venous thrombosis; hemiparesis; nystagmus; vision disorder; dysphasia; thrombopheblitis; and homonymous hemianopia. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
