Conditions mentioned include: basal leptomeningeal fibrosis; obstruction of foramen of Magendie; allergic reaction; arachnoiditis; vertigo; unconsciousness; headache; papilloedema; hypertension; hydrocephalus; intracranial pressure; nausea; and vomiting. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
