Typed case summary, correspondence, notes, reports, charts and autopsy report relating to male from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 62 at first examination in 1950. Conditions mentioned include: epilepsy; hypertensive encephalopathy; subdural haematoma; and pyelonephritis. Surgical treatment and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital after several admissions.
