Typed case summary, correspondence, notes, reports, charts, drawings, autopsy reports and black-and-white photographs relating to female patient from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 10 at first examination in 1957. Conditions mentioned include: decerebrate fits; brain abscess; and Fallot's Tetralogy. Surgical treatment and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
