Typed case summary, correspondence, notes, reports, charts, autopsy reports, drawings and black-and-white photographs relating to male from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 55 at first examination in 1957. Conditions mentioned include: cerebral aneurysm; dysphasia; and subarachnoid haemorrhage. Nonsurgical treatment and surgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
