Typed case summary, black-and-white photograph, notes and autopsy report relating to female from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 64 at first examination in 1958. Conditions mentioned include: spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage; intracranial aneurysm; vascular hypertension; and neck pain. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
