Typed case summary, black-and-white photographs, autopsy report, correspondence, notes, reports and charts relating to male patient from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 12 at first examination in 1958. Conditions mentioned include: anterior communicating aneurysm; coarctation of aorta; spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage; and bifrontal headache. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
