Correspondence, typed case summary, reports, notes and charts relating to female patient from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 17 at first examination in 1959. Conditions mentioned include: spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage (not yet diagnosed); suboccipital headache; right hemiparesis; and unconsciousness. Nonsurgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
