Typed case summary, autopsy report, notes, charts, reports and black-and-white photograph relating to female from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 63 at first examination in 1959. Conditions mentioned include: aneurysm (right internal carotid/posterior communicating); occasional headache; complete amnesia; and spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
