Autopsy report, typed case summary, reports, charts and notes relating to female patient from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 30 at first examination in 1959. Conditions mentioned include: middle cerebral aneurysm (left); spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhages; increased blood pressure; and bilateral chronic pyelonephritis. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
