Correspondence, charts, reports, notes and typed case summary relating to male from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 34 at first examination in 1959. Conditions mentioned include: aneurysm (left internal carotid/posterior communicating artery); subarachnoid haemorrhage; neck stiffness; and dropping of left eyelid. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
